Ingredients for making Creamy Peanuts:
200 grams of skinless roasted peanuts
200 grams of crystal sugar
300 grams of condensed milk (1¼ cups)
100 grams of fresh cream
90 milliliters of water
50 grams of unsalted butter
30 grams of corn or honey glucose
crystal sugar for breading
How to make Creamy Girl's Foot:
Preparing foot, which is simply a creamy tomboy, is very simple! Start by placing the sugar and water in a pan and bring to medium heat until it boils and turns into a golden syrup (do not stir during the process).
Remove from heat and add the cream, butter and glucose or honey, which helps to give the characteristic consistency of this sweet. Bring it back to the fire and keep stirring until all these ingredients are well mixed.
The next step in this recipe for a girl's foot is to add the condensed milk and peanuts, and keep stirring for about 20 minutes, over medium-low heat, until the mixture is dense and you can see the bottom of the pan.
Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a baking tin lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil (which should be greased to prevent the mixture from sticking). Let it cool at room temperature until it has a kind of "pull" texture, as in the photograph.
Cut the creamy girl's foot into a comic strip, pass it through the crystal sugar and it's ready to serve! Indulge in this sweet and tell us what you think of the recipe in the comments!
